Jeff Koons made a famous, gigantic sculpture and titled it “Play-Doh.” It was going to be sold for millions at the fancy auction house Christie’s. Who decided to challenge them? Well, Kristie. A 7-year-old girl inspired to create her own masterpiece to sell at her super awesome auction on eBay.

On the same day, Koons’ and Kristie’s sculptures went up for bid. In the end, Christie’s sold the famous Play-Doh sculpture for $22 million. Kristie made $1,065, which she donated to children in need. While we didn’t get millions of dollars, we generated over 1.5 million impressions in one week, a 2006% increase in Facebook views, and a 4.8% sales bump. More importantly, Kristie inspired kids across the country to share their own masterpieces.
